The national regulator sees operators’ data, revenue and taxes in one system
Burkina Faso’s national regulator asked Forward for a tool to oversee telecom operators. Forward built Helicopter View in 8 months. The platform checks operators’ data and reports, monitors real revenue from telecom services and mobile money, calculates taxes and detects fraud. From launch, it helped the regulator increase tax revenue and made the telecom market more transparent.
