In the middle of 2018, IVI opened an additional channel for the implementation of Smart TV installation services through service centers throughout Russia. Partners began to offer customers scratch cards with an activation code for Smart TV and services for installing applications on various devices. Within the framework of the project, it was necessary to structure the data on the partner network, as well as to ensure the development of the partner network while maintaining the high quality of service for end users. The company was faced with the issue of integrated automation of working with partners from their involvement, training, classification and ranking, information support, calculation of remuneration, performance of reconciliations to the formation of final reports.

It was decided to introduce the PRMSaaS product and automate a number of IVI business processes for working with a partner network.
