Forward Telecom prepared and implemented a solution based on a private cloud for Teletie, and also fully took over all the integration and technical support of the billing system. During the implementation of the project, several Forward Telecom products were used at once: Forward Billing - a convergent billing system for automating a telecom operator, Forward BPM - for automating business processes, Forward PRM - for calculating partner rewards, Forward SP - for integration with IT infrastructure PJSC "Vimpelcom"

Teletie has set the task of moving from a reseller of Beeline cellular services (VimpelCom) to MVNO-operator status with its own billing system. Teletay is a service provider and a collector agent for PJSC VimpelCom and provides premium communication services. The company has more than 1,200 of its own and partner points of sale in all regions of Russia, and “Teletay” kits are represented in large mobile phone stores.

Since 2016 The company has considered the possibility of building a virtual mobile operator. In 2017, a large-scale project was launched to transform the work of Teletie, including the replacement of the billing system with an emphasis on the specifics of MVNO.

Detailed study of all elements!

This project started with a detailed study and the formation of a detailed TK in which the task was to take into account all the main features of customer service by Teletie. According to the results of this work, a project plan was developed and subsequently implemented, taking into account all these details and allowing the company to make the most smooth transition to a new service model. At the same time, the task was to do this with minimal changes for the company's end customers.


The solution provided by Forward-Telecom allowed Teletie to build an independent IT infrastructure, including a modern billing system, integrated with all the necessary infrastructure elements of PJSC VimpelCom and allowing it to provide the full range of services, both own and jointly with VimpelCom. . The implementation of this project brought the company closer to the full-fledged work of the company as an MVNO operator.
