Implementation

For many years, our company has been implementing large-scale projects, including the implementation of a large range of work required to run these systems into full commercial operation. Usually we start with a detailed analysis of the upcoming project, then our “vision” of the project is formed, which is discussed with the customer and if our and his views on the project implementation coincide, we proceed to its planning and immediate implementation.

Almost all modern projects include a large list of tasks, including the integration of various information systems of a high level of complexity. The integration of such systems requires a certain combination of necessary qualities from the company, in particular, the ability to competently plan and design future integration methods, quality organization of the process of developing an integration interface, deep knowledge of modern information technologies and rich experience in applying these technologies in practice.

The company's portfolio mainly consists of large and medium-sized customers, but this does not mean that the company neglects the opportunities opening up in small but promising projects, saturated with new ideas and technologies. We try to use all modern project management methodologies and combine them depending on the specific tasks facing us.

How we implement our products
1. Analysis of the company
Conducting a preliminary comprehensive analysis of the company's IT infrastructure, making recommendations for the development of the project.
2. Proposal preparation
Preparation and justification of proposals with an assessment of the timing of implementation and cost characteristics of all components of the project.
3. Development of the project schedule
Planning and calculating the time spent on the main and auxiliary components of the project and fixing them in the form of a schedule.
4. Supply of software products
Supply of software used in the project. Installation of software products on server hardware.
5. Setting up basic functionality
As part of this phase, all the necessary work is done to fill the system with settings and data for its correct operation.
6. Customization of functionality
At this stage, the settings are made directly for the specific requirements of the client’s business and its business processes.
7. Data Migration
The migration of customer data accumulated during the provision of services is performed, the work is performed in several iterations.
8. Staff training
Usually, preparation is carried out according to two basic preparation programs, this is an administration group and a system user group.
9. Acceptance tests
Performed as part of mixed work teams according to previously agreed methodology for conducting these tests.
10. Service support
It is carried out on the basis of a separate service support agreement, both basic SLA and personal customer SLA are used.
The use of this methodology for conducting projects for the implementation of complex information systems allows us to minimize the risks of timely execution of projects of great complexity. It is also necessary to say about the mandatory thorough documentation and recording of decisions taken during the implementation of these projects. These actions make it possible to make a complex project more transparent and, based on its results, obtain a set of project documentation necessary for further operation and development of the system being implemented. If necessary, project documentation can be drawn up in accordance with the State Standards, this factor is important in the implementation of projects for companies with state participation.
